Every order goes through a two-step process: fulfillment + shipping.
First, we have to create your piece, which usually takes about 2-5 business days—we don't pull it off a shelf, we make it for you. After that, it’s handed off for shipping. Because we work with a global network of printers, shipping times can vary. The best way to know when to expect your order is to check the estimated delivery date on the Etsy product page you're ordering from. That estimate is tailored to your location and the specific product.
Don’t worry, we’ll send you a tracking number as soon as it ships!
Our priority is to find the best possible canvas for each design. We partner with a select group of global producers, chosen specifically for their high-quality materials and unique apparel. Because we choose partners based on the quality of their product, your order might ship from various locations around the world, including Europe, Asia, or the USA. Because every item is custom-made for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please double-check the size guide on the product page before ordering! However, if your piece arrives damaged or has a print error, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out and make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
To keep your piece looking sharp and the print vibrant, follow these simple rules:
- Wash inside out with similar colors.
- Use a cold water cycle (30°C or max 45°C).
- Use mild detergent. No bleach.
- Tumble dry on low, or even better, hang-dry.
- Never, ever iron directly on the print.
